Mr. Abrahams possesses nearly half a century of experience in the banking, information technology, and energy sectors. Throughout his career, his responsibilities have spanned all line and corporate functions of a business. He is an accomplished author, inventor, and consultant on decision-making. He testified before Congress as a credit decision expert just prior to the financial crisis on the need for better credit decision-making, and he co-authored an NACD publication on a sensible approach for Board decision-making over a decade ago. He has served on numerous corporate boards and is NACD Director Certified. His core passion is inclusion, seeking to promote fairness and equal opportunity for all. Current professional pursuits center on leveraging technology and high-performance computing to achieve better decision-making. He conducts research using a decision-aid production process (FLEET) developed at BankingonDecisions.com, a 2022 business venture aimed at fostering more good decisions, and fewer bad ones. A San Francisco native, Mr. Abrahams holds a B.A. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and an M.S. Degree in Operations Research from Stanford University.
